If you purchased a TREINO subscription and changed your mind, you can cancel it and request a refund. No active account and no prior steps required: fill in this form and, to protect your account, we email you a link so you can confirm it's you.

How it works

  • You have 10 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw. If the last day falls on a non-business day, the period extends to the next business day.
  • Within that window the refund is full.
  • After that window you can still cancel: you keep access until the period you already paid for ends, but there is no refund.
  • Plans are purchased on the web today, so we handle the refund ourselves. If at some point you purchased inside the app through the App Store or Google Play, that one is handled by the store: request it from your purchase history and write to us if you need a hand.
