Request the cancellation of your TREINO subscription here. No login and no prior steps needed. We confirm by email within 24 hours, with an identification code for your request.

Three things before you ask

  • You can cancel whenever you want. No deadline, no reason needed.
  • You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling prevents the next renewal.
  • Cancelling does NOT delete your data: your routines and history stay where they are. If you also want to delete your account, that is a separate request.
  • Cancelling does not refund what you already paid. If you are still within the withdrawal period (10 calendar days from purchase) and want a refund, you want the Withdrawal Button instead.
  • Plans are purchased on the web today, so we handle the cancellation ourselves. If at some point you purchased inside the app through the App Store or Google Play, that subscription is charged by the store and you cancel it in your device settings: we register your request anyway and point you the way.
